How long does it take for my artwork to ship?
Thank you for buying a piece of my artwork! Each painting is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it is safe during transit, and arrives in 100% perfect condition. As this can take some time (especially if order volume is high), please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your artwork. (But usually, I'm super quick and will have it your way within a week!)
I will also send you a tracking number, so you can follow your new child along its journey to your home.
If you have waited and have not received your artwork within the time-frame outlined above, then please check your tracking number! Your parcel may likely be at your local delivery office awaiting pickup. I recommend stopping by in person to see if it is there, as not all delivery offices are able to check/confirm over the phone.
Do you ship overseas?
Officially, Not yet... but JillyPaintings are coming soon to ALL destinations!
Unofficially however, if you live anywhere outside the United States and see one of my paintings that you cannot live without... please email me, and I'll see what I can do to make it happen.
What about refunds and returns?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are made in event of any damage incurred during shipping. If this should happen, please contact me at artist@jillypaintings.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please retain all packaging, as photos are needed for insurance... and also note that we will need high quality images of the artwork too, in order to see extent of damage.
Shipping artwork carefully takes time, and materials can be expensive. While I work hard to find the lowest cost materials for shipping your purchased art to keep shipping costs as low as possible, I will never sacrifice shipping QUALITY. As such, I must charge for shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight, which changes depending on the size and number of paintings, as well as whether or not they are framed (frames are high-quality wooden frames, and will add additional weight!).
